Kromtel was founded in 1989 by our President and General Manager Mr. Turgay İLTER in Istanbul, Turkey.
Our contemporary office and warehouse building inherits a 3400 m2 warehouse area and 1600 m2 of office area that totals to 5500 m2. At this location we have a laboratory, intended to aid and support our customers in all means possible, also we have a Showroom where customers can see the machines and products made out of the materials supplied by Kromtel.

Kromtel’s company policy is to raise our market share, to differentiate from our competitors by high volume sales, to maximize customer relations to build up long term relations with them and to provide a continuous demand by brand positioning in the local market.

We try to reach our goals by providing customized professional solutions to our customer, a broad variety of product alternatives, by providing adequate products and services in the global market at universal norms, the right product with the fastest and most reliable solution, by providing excellent practice advantages, by international research and development support, by competitive prices, high quality infrastructure and cost, quality and delivery on time logistic possibilities, to stay in touch with technologic improvements and to implement them, to provide after sales and consulting services with qualified workforce and by our dynamic and expert workforce that is always ready to support and help.

 

Due to the fact that we are the leader in this sector in Turkey, and our efforts to improve our quality standards, and at the same time our efforts to market our products at a reasonable price are for the benefits of our customers. As a supplier company it is very important to analyse the customer and to provide their needs on time, that’s why cooperation is necessary. To give an advantage to our long term customers we provide them with on demand high quality products. Even though there have been several economical crisis in the recent years we have continued to advertise and R&D, lower costs and add standard heightening products to our range of products which caught attention in means of product and technological improvement. As a matter of fact, we as “Kromtel San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.” are always working on being compatible by acquiring ISO and TSE certificates. We are always seeking for ISO and TÜV certificates in the products that we are importing and we are providing chemical analysis certificates for our goods.

We are willing to improve our exports but due to the fact that we are selling semi-goods, the sales volume is under our expectations. But a research conducted at our customers showed that 60% to 70% of the products produced from our goods are exported. To sell OEM goods means to work directly with the customer, to watch over problems, to offer the price and provide goods immediately, this is a responsibility that we take.

Even though there are providers of low-cost and low-quality products in the global market which damage manufacturers, we always satisfy our customers by improving our production technologies, our customer’s efficiency and by providing qualified workforce to improve their exports, which makes them a source of pride for us.
